At Chelsea Build we value public service. We are offering a discount on our fees - to custom design and build - in Washington County Texas. It is our hope Brenham and the surrounding area will continue to grow. We are doing our part where we can, and reducing our fee to help attract the best and brightest talent to come live and work in Washington County Texas. 

Our standard fee for a true custom designed and built home is 20% of cost. If you actively contribute the vital needs of the community we want to extend a 3-5% discount to honor your service.
