Do you help with design and planning?

Yes. We collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers ,or work with your existing team, to ensure your home is both beautifully designed and structurally sound for long-term performance. You can come to us with a pre-purchased plan, we can design a custom plan in house , or work off of inspirational plans to make perfect custom changes to suit your lifestyle and design goals.

 

Can I make changes during construction?

Yes. Changes can often be made during construction depending on the stage of the build. We always review cost and timeline impacts before proceeding so you can make informed decisions.

 

How do pricing and allowances work?

Custom homes are priced based on a detailed scope of work. Allowances are used for selections such as finishes, fixtures, and appliances, giving flexibility while maintaining budget transparency.

 

Do you offer a warranty on your homes?

Yes. Every home we build includes an extended warranty program featuring a 2-Year Comprehensive Builder Warranty and a 3-Year Mechanical Systems Warranty, reflecting our commitment to long-term quality and accountability.

 

What does the builder warranty cover?

The builder warranty covers workmanship and materials under normal use conditions, ensuring your home is built and finished to the standards we promise.

 

What is included in the mechanical systems warranty?

The mechanical systems warranty provides extended coverage for essential home systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components.

 

Do I need to own land before starting?

No. We can build on land you already own or assist in evaluating potential properties before purchase.

 

Can you help with site selection?

Yes. We evaluate soil conditions, drainage, utilities, access, and build feasibility to ensure the property is suitable for your home before construction begins.

Clients can be as involved as they prefer. We provide structured updates and milestones throughout the process so you always know the status of your home. You will have access to our online construction management portal to track the project in real time.
